PROGRAM / PROJECT MANAGER
Experienced Project manager, with the ability to handle all elements of large projects, including Scope, Cost, and Schedule.

Responsible for managing major projects from inception to operation, and ultimately responsible for the project’s success. Must follow policies and procedures, work within the scope of the project, and adhere to time and cost constraints. Should be able to determine the scope of the project and develop the Project Execution Package and the Project Definition with the customer and other internal organizations. Should be able to make recommendations to decision support or escalate to management as necessary.

Coursework in project management toward PM Professional Certification is preferred. Should be an energetic self-starter. Should possess excellent interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable before an audience of peers and seniors. Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be strong in leading teams and being part of a greater team.

 

NETWORK DESIGN ENGINEER
Network Design / Architecture experience a must and CCNA or CCNP certifications preferred.

  • Will assist in the design and implementation of LAN/WANs using switch and router Technology.
  • Performs hardware/software analysis to provide comparative data of performance characteristics and suitability within the existing systems environment.
  • Prepare trade-off studies and evaluations for vendor equipment. Assists in generating network monitoring and performance reports for LAN/WAN utilization studies.
  • Recommends network design changes/enhancements for improved systems availability and performance.
  • Hands-on experience desired.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of IP / ATM / SONET network systems engineering practices.
  • Knowledge includes demonstrated capability in at least one primary network element, such as operating systems, platform or protocols.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph required

 

NETWORK MANAGEMENT ENGINEER

NETWORK TEST ENGINEER
Provide Testing support for network devices and configuration changes.

  • Will assist in the design and implementation of LAN/WANs using switch and router Technology. 
  • Performs hardware/software analysis to provide comparative data of performance characteristics and suitability within the existing systems environment.
  • Prepare trade-off studies and evaluations for vendor equipment. Assists in generating network monitoring and performance reports for LAN/WAN utilization studies.
  • Recommends network design changes/enhancements for improved systems availability and performance.
  • Hands-on experience desired.
  • Must have detailed knowledge of IP / ATM / SONET network systems engineering practices.

CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
Collaborate with management and engineers to development and implement a CM plan for network/telecommunications documentation in support of active program

  • Qualified candidates will be familiar with providing executive secretariat support to CM boards such as engineering review boards, configuration control boards and schedule meetings.
  • Must be able to process requests for change (RFC) and interface with engineers and project managers.
  • Must have applied knowledge in the basic principles of CM to include configuration identification, change control, release management, status accounting and reporting and configuration auditing and process improvement
  • Configuration Management experience with ITIL a plus.
  • TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Lifestyle Polygraph required

 

 

DATABASE ENGINEER
Serves as a member of the Integration and Development (I&D) Database Engineering Team. The DBE team is responsible for the installation, configuration and administration of Oracle Databases.  The DBE provides technical expertise in data models, Entity Relational Diagrams and database performance tuning for the Application Development Team.  Defines and implements best practices within the environment providing on-demand database support to Operations and Sustainment as Tier-3 support engineer.  Has DB reverse engineering experience to migrate legacy DBs, MS Access for example, to ORACLE platforms. 

  • 5+ years experience supporting Oracle Databases
  • Experience with Oracle 10g/11g
  • Oracle 10g/11g RAC implementation and administration
  • Oracle ASM implementation and administration
  • Oracle Data Guard implementation and maintenance
  • Oracle RMAN experience
  • Performance tuning in an Oracle 10g environment.
  • Solaris 9/10 experience
  • A basic understanding of web services (SOAP, WSDL’s) and XML schemas.
  • Experience data modeling, data migration required
  • Experience designing and implementing mid to very large databases with respect to access methods, access time, batch processes, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.
  • TS/SCI clearance required

 

 

ORACLE DBA (SENIOR)
Provide database administration support to the development team. Additionally the candidate will perform some software engineering duties to support the integration of additional functionality into the system and/or modify existing system functionality. The candidate may provide support to Operations and Sustainment as Tier-3 support engineer.

Working, and practical, knowledge of Oracle Database administration functions, database structures and design; Develop and maintain scripts and programs for data exchanges and interfaces with external systems;  Coordinate format requirements for data interfaces with mission critical systems; Technical POC for interface requirement issues; Provide general technical and network administrative support; Provide monthly status to the Technical POC; Provide metric reporting to client management; Provide monthly status to the Team Lead; Demonstrated user-centered service philosophy.
