Bonnie is Managing Member and CEO of Tsource. She joined Tsource in 2015 as Senior Account Manager responsible for overseeing the strategic initiatives and business development efforts for Tsource’s corporate accounts.
Bonnie has 25+ years of client management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She recently served as a Senior Account Manager for Fresenius Medical Care North America where she was responsible for identifying and developing new accounts in the Mid Atlantic region. Prior to joining Fresenius, Bonnie was a Senior Account Manager with Abbott Pharmaceuticals for 22 years. Her ability to build strong and trusting relationships with physicians and medical office staff, tenacity in researching and identifying needs, and passion to help others allowed her to deliver effective solutions and care for her clients and their patients. Bonnie brings these same traits in supporting and delivering solutions to Tsource’ clients, candidates, and employees.
Bonnie earned her Bachelor’s degree at James Madison University. She enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, and spending time at the beach.
Dave is founder and Vice President of Tsource. He is an accomplished and incisive IT leader with 30+ years of expertise helping organizations successfully address their business challenges by delivering innovative and effective technology solutions. His commitment to building strong working relationships and his dedication to delivering results, has allowed Tsource to build long-lasting partnerships with many high-profile clients. Dave has proven success working with clients to assess their needs, identifying opportunities for change, and implementing comprehensive solutions that enable his clients to achieve their business goals. His passion for helping others succeed includes finding the best fit opportunities for his candidates and employees that enable them to learn and grow their careers.
Dave earned his Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University, an MBA in Finance from Loyola College, and a Certificate in Advanced Technologies Innovation from the Carnegie Mellon University’s Information Network Institute. His professional certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and SAFe Scaled Agilist v4.5 (SA). In his spare time, Dave enjoys biking, golf, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Eliseo Cidre Jr.
JR, as he is known by many, is co-founder of Tsource and serves as Executive Vice President overseeing the vision and direction of Tsource. He is responsible for directing, challenging, and encouraging Tsource’s diversely talented employees to develop their talents in pursuit of their continued career development. Throughout his career, JR has led and worked on large scale Information technology development and operations projects and has extensive experience in Healthcare, Financial Services and Telecommunications. He is a results-oriented leader with adept analytical skills who is focused on understanding his client’s needs and helping them achieve their business objectives.
JR holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from George Washington University, a Master of Business Administration from Loyola College and is a Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) Agilist v4.5. JR enjoys spending his free time with family, golfing, and cooking great meals!
Mercedes joined Tsource in 2018 as Vice President of Operations. She is a proven and results-oriented IT leader with 25+ years of experience spanning application development, project management, enterprise infrastructure, and strategic planning.
Before joining Tsource, Mercedes spent 19 years with Allegis Group starting her career as a PeopleSoft Developer during their enterprise implementation of PeopleSoft in 1996. She served in a number of leadership roles while there including PeopleSoft Application Manager, Director of Enterprise Infrastructure, Director of Customer Engagement, and finally as Chief Information Officer before retiring in 2015. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals and creating opportunities for teams and employees to grow and learn.
Mercedes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from University of Baltimore. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, pottery, and being outdoors whenever she can.
