Tsource is a Woman Owned Small Business that provides client-focused Information Technology (IT) Professional Services, Consulting and Staffing services.  Our strength is successfully matching professionals to the appropriate challenges presented by our clients with expertise in Management Consulting, Application Services, and IT Infrastructure Services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At Tsource, a successful Recruiter focuses on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.  They are responsible for building a pipeline of prospective candidates by actively sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for open and future opportunities.  The Recruiter is an ambassador for Tsource by promoting the Tsource brand, ensuring candidates are well prepared for interviews, and helping existing employees find future opportunities where needed.  The Recruiters responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with the Tsource Account Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s hiring needs for each position

  • Identifying and screening qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing and interviewing techniques

  • Growing and fostering high-touch relationships with a pipeline of qualified active and passive talent 

  • Generating referrals from current employees and external networks

  • Staying active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

  • Maintaining candidate database (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)

  • Facilitating Tsource - specific on-boarding process

Performance expectations include, but not limited to:

  • Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for open opportunities.

  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references.

  • Ensure job requirements are clearly understood by contacting customer resources where needed for more information.

  • Ensure open and active positions are posted on all Tsource available recruiting resources and social media.

  • Coach and prepare candidates for upcoming customer interviews.

  • Ensure candidates are thoroughly vetted prior to customer phone or onsite interviews.

  • Negotiate and formalize salary requirements and ensure profitability.

  • Promote the benefits of working with Tsource to candidates

  • Update ATS daily with all recruiter activity – add new contacts, upload resumes, track candidate lifecycle.

  • Provide feedback on recruiting progress, priorities, challenges, and where support or help might be needed.

  • Facilitate the employee’s onboarding by ensuring all Tsource documents are completed and submitted on a timely basis.

  • Reach out and/or meet in-person existing candidates and employees on a regular basis to maintain relationships and stay aware of employee status. 

  • Attend and participate in all Tsource staff meetings.
